    - Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk, greek yogurt, yogurt (low-fat versions will save you a ton of calories)
    - Protein bars (homemade or Quest Bars)
    - Whey shake
    - Canned tuna, sardines, salmon, and other sea creatures
    - PB2 (it's a peanut butter powder)
    - Flatout Light
    - Eggs
    - Green peas
    - Broccoli
    - Tofu
    - Charcuterie
    - Protein pudding (I use SF/FF pudding mix, follow directions and put in whey in it)
    - Edamame
    - Roe and Caviar
    - Beans

I'd avoid nuts as a protein source. You would need around 850 calories of almonds to get 30g of protein. Most nuts and seeds are like this.

I tend to go for things like grilled chicken, canned tuna or chicken, or eggs/egg substitute. If I get a protein bar (convenience rules sometimes!) I try to get one of the clif builder, zone, balance, or pure protein bars - I'm sure there are others - with a calorie profile that is somewhere around 40% carb, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

You can always try protein shakes. I like the chocolate myself from ensure.

I like to have Odwalla bars for protein (and a good filler), but they are high in sugar. I would not recommend them everyday. They also have a lot of vitamins in them :-)
