L2D1 done. OMG I thought I was going to drown in my sweat! :laugh: What a workout. I know if this had been the beginning of the levels, I would never have gone to day 2. Actually feel a little stronger.

I was happy later in the week when I didn't sound like an 80 year old when I was getting out of a chair. :laugh: I am proof that it does get better. I am a complete exercise slug and I just finished day 10. Never thought I would make it after day 1.

L1D9 completed. The only reason I am looking forward to L2 is to get away from listening to Jillian and her stupid sayings. If I have to hear, "Don't phone it in", I am going to punch her. What the heck does that even mean? Hopefully she has a different irritating phrase in the next level. :laugh:

I will do my L1D9 when I get home from work. I still have a horrible pain in my lower tummy when I am doing the bicycle crunches. Not sure what that is all about, but I will get through that. I am very unsure about moving on to L2.

Wonder if I should have just done measurements instead of the darn scale. I weighed in this morning with a 3 pound gain! What the heck. I watch every calorie and am forced to look at Jillian every day. Makes me wonder why I walked past the bakery at the grocery store last night. LOL

Well I just finished L1D7 and I think I did something to my thigh and stomach. I first felt the thigh issue when kneeling for communion at church. Those pesky gremlins. They keep changing the amount of exercise I am doing. Worked on the ski machine for 15 minutes and they changed it to 70. I wish. LOL

L1D6 done. I really didn't want to do it this morning, but I hauled my lazy butt out of the chair and made it through. I am getting a bit better at the moves. Though the extra jiggle I have when doing jumping jacks, really bugs me. I stop jumping and the rolls stop a second or two later. :laugh:
