I'm not an expert in this area, but I would suggest going back to your doctor. I don't know anything about the shot, I am on the pill. When I was in HS my TOM was wacked out. Got my Pajama Jeans on Saturday. Love, Love, Love them. Super comfy and makes my butt look awesome!!! Can never find jeans that do that. LOL

I did not do well this week. I am up to 168. :sad: Another freaking gain. Not an excuse, but it is that TOM and I am retaining water like the Hoover Dam. :laugh: Oh well, on to a new week.

I guess this working out and stretching has helped. I had to see if I could do it and I can. Palms touched the floor. Glad nobody walked into my office while I was trying that. LOL

Don't give up. Like previous posters said, you didn't put the weight on overnight. It won't come off over night. You can do this just take it one day at a time.

Chin up Charlie. :smile: Think of yourself positive. You could have been here 5 months and GAINED 15 lbs! Maybe you need to put the scale away and get out your tape measure. You would probably be surprised at the amount of inches you have lost.

L2D7 is over. The cardio in the second set about kills me. That stupid torso twist or whatever she calls it about knocks me on my butt. But I do feel better that I dragged my lazy butt up and worked out. :smile:

I haven't worked out yet today, but I was already dreading l3 last night. I just had no energy and was thinking there is no way I can do l3 when I was struggling so bad with l2.

L2D5 is in the books. I am still drowning in sweat by the time I am done, but things are getting a bit "easier". I don't do the double jump rope, only managing the singles. The plank exercises are getting tolerable. I can definitely feel my arms getting stronger.

Don't get down. We are all here to help you. Definitely seek medical advice if nothing is working for you. Hopefully a doctor will be able to help you out. Weighed in this morning at 171.4 Not sure what amount of a loss as I weighed in midweek so it threw the numbers off. I do now it is way down from last Monday. LOL Great work all Slimpossibles!!!

Way to go girl!!! I had my own NSV yesterday. I found a pair of jeans that I used to love, but eating and a baby and I "suddenly" grew out of them. :laugh: I thought I would give them a try. I could put them on AND not have to lay down to zip them up!!! And they didn't have any of that stretch stuff in them. Pure, stiff…

I'm not finding it any easier. I still have to take the 5 second pause during some of the movements. But I'm not going to beat myself up over it. Look at how far we have come since L1D1. We are doing awesome!!!!

L2D4 done!! I really had no interest in working out today, but she was haunting me from the DVD player. I had to drag my butt out of the chair and get going. Just glad it is done for the day.

The plank jacks are the worst! I have to follow Anita for the majority of the moves. I started out trying the regular way, but about face planted. LOL Modified is the way for me. :laugh:

I only work out at home. I can't afford a gym membership. I also don't have anyone to watch my kids if I go to a gym. I enjoy the "free" moments during my day to pop in a video and get my exercise in for the day. I tried to exercise this morning with my son not napping and I spent the next 10 minutes cleaning up the items…

L2D2 done. The last set of plank-jacks about killed me, but I made it through. I still don't like jumping jacks and I don't think they are something I will ever like. LOL Too many memories of gym class.

Well if someone said that to me, they would be deleted and blocked so fast they wouldn't know what hit them!!! You don't need toxic people like that in your life. We are way more fun here anyway. :smile:
