It's all about personal balance. Since I am a vegetarian and eat dairy very limited, I have extremely low cholesterol and blood pressure and I love salt. I don't worry about it at all. Figure out what best works for you and your lifestyle.

my advice is to try new veggies. There are so many fruits, veggies and herbs, experiment to find what you really love.
