I agree with the other posts! After seeing what you are taking in for calories, that is why you're not losing. Looks like a lot of sodium in your diet, less processed foods would help. What about calories? Are the sweeter ones full of them like a starbucks or DD coffee mocha? I would know that a hot choclate or sweet tea, but what about coffee flavors? Don't yet own one, too much waste and expense for me at this time.
