I have had GERD since I was 5, I know what heartburn feels like. This has been happening for the past 2 years on and off. But for the past month it has been terrible. Just trying to decide if I should go in, like is it just gas maybe or something more serious.

Good thread. I have been fighting this for years. Half the year I work 10-12 hour days and my job is very mentally draining. I'd love to start working out. But seriously when will I find time?

My mini goal is to make it through Jan... then Feb.. so on and so forth. Ultimately to make it through 2016 no excuses with the stress and pressures of work. Every year I only make it through 6 months and fall off. This year will be different.

I love this... I work 50 hours a week, and juggle 2 kids who are competitive gymnasts to and from practice, plus homework. It's rough. I look forward to the suggestions on here.

I always fast when I start a diet. I did s 4 day fast In jan. It helps me stay l track. Good luck!

Yeah mine and 6 and 8... I actually weighed less than I do now after my youngest was born. But I am working hard on this.

In 2009 I lost 50 plus pounds and kept it off all year, on 2010 I lost 35 more pounds, kept that off for another year. Then slowly gained back. I started mfp Jan this year and can say I am down 32lbs. I know I can lose the other 55 in the next year or so. It is harder as you get older, but you can do it. Just take it slow…

Saddle bags, booty, thighs. Which is, why I just went down 1 pant size after losing over 30 lbs. It's frustrating.
