Up all night...
I keep waking up almost nightly at 11Pm and up until 4Am with the worse pain in my chest.. Like gas? I am unsure. It hurts so bad. Could this be gallstones? Any ideas? I am eating pretty clean and have no idea.

Need additional outside motivation
I have been on track since Jan. Logged everyday for 121 days now. Down 33.8 lbs... finally incorporated working out into my diet last Sunday and have been very consistent with my work outs.
