It happens when you starve yourself. When i was younger i didnt eat for one whole day and by nightime i felt like throwing up. When i did i threw up some yellow liquid, i was told it was my bodys acid. Since it was so empty.

I love junk food, fast food etc...but now all i eat is healthy food, small portions, sugar free snacks and low calorie snacks. I'm pretty surprised at myself of how good i've been doing in avoiding all that crap. I feel much better now that i dont eat any of it.

I was thinking the same thing, i'll lose the weight first then once i reach my goal i'll have a baby. That way i wont have so much to lose all at once, because if i do it now it'll be harder to lose this weight plus the baby weight. Thanks for your opinion.

I try not to cheat on my diet because if i do it once i'll find it easy to cheat more often.

Sometimes i eat a chocolate chip cookie, the other day i ate a small vanilla cone..when ever i eat those high calorie/sugar foods i feel guilty.

I've tried it before..i lost some weight but not alot..but that was because i'd forget to take them or i would only take one when the directions say take two a day. Rightnow im not taking any supplements, trying to do it the hard but very effective in the long run way.

Buy sugar free desserts, to me they taste the same as the sugar ones. Plus they are usually 90 calories or less. I have a sweet tooth as well and so far they have helped me.

Why not try and think about how good it would be for your kids to have you around longer and healthier..use your kids as motivation.

I stick to my strick calorie intake but i dont knw why i feel guilty when i feel full. So i am trying not to get full anymore, i just eat a small portion and i automatically feel satisfied. Having control over how much i eat is helping me feel satisfied quicker, which i like.
