  • As I have been travelling and off-the-track terribly, I could not exercise properly last week. But this weekend I am back and strong and recovering! Yesterday Jillian M Ripped in 30 and today full length Extreme Shed and Shred which literally killed me. It was great though. Hope everyone is having a good weekend, too!

  • I have been doing various Jillian DVDs everyday. Today I did Jillian Yoga Meltdown Level 1 as I was feeling a bit poorly yesterday. And 10-15 min fast pace walk. I will be going for a short trip and I will definitely try to keep up with my exercises and update here.
