Well veggies are great place to start eggs are pretty cheap and high in calories, my diet consist of pretty healthy and simple food and one great place to shop at Aldie for sure for your proteins

I think your body is just finally responding and your metabolism is picking up. I would not complain about losing the weight as long as you are feeling healthy.

I agree that you really need to make sure that your portion control is on track. Are used to think that I was eating superhealthy but I was having way too much fruit and not enough veggies. I also think you need to figure out a way to get more weights into your workout I don't think you are getting your heart rate high…

I am on the same boat as you. I did P90x last yaer and lost about 17 pounds and now I weigh 20 pounds more. I feel horrible even though people tell me I look fine. I just want to fit in my clothes again!
