I also weigh in on Fridays. I lost 1.5 lbs this week. Total weight loss so far: 5 lbs. Even better is the -2" from waist. :smile:

I've just started reading this book and plan to start DASH as soon as I'm finish with at least the first several chapters. I had read that DASH was a healthier way to eat. I don't want to diet, I want to get healthier. I am happy you are having success with it; I look forward to getting started.
