I did the JM Body Revolution as well but don't look as good as you lol but I did lose about 20 pounds and lost over 11 inches in total. I loved the program too! My profile pic is my after photo and I was very happy with my results.

I will have to look into Killer Buns and Thighs.. I tried on a skirt on Saturday and it was a butt hugger lol t but actually didn't look too bad =) going to wait a little while for that one tho maybe after my ab videos

I would say it is different than the others.. I went to the 30DS after the 90 DBR and found level 1 too easy for myself.. I only have 30DS and Yoga Meltdown along with the 6 pack abs but haven't opened that one yet =) Have fun with The Body Revolution I loved it and lost over 20 pounds and 11 inches.

I just started today =) and thought I would do 2 days 30 DS and a cardio day then repeat then a rest day... I will figure out if I am sore tomorrow first and go from there.

that is an awesome job! I am sure he will notice.. It is coming to warmer weather and if you buy I pair of pants and shirt that fit it will be alot more noticeable. I found when I shed layers people noticed more. I am a bit afraid to shed my layers lol because I tend to hide behind them so I dont get attention. Keep up…

Thanks for the info ..I am starting 30DS Monday and just finished the 90 Day Body Revelution today..I am excited to start the 30DS and will get the Ripped in 30 after the 30 DS these videos will have to be part of my life from now on or I will just gain the inches again Doing the 90 day Revelution I am down over 20 lbs…

Not to be mean but first teach your little one to sleep in his own bed... you need time for you as well. then get put your little dog behind a closed door while you exercise. I have 4 children and had a hard time exercising when they were lttle too but for your sanity let your little boy figure out how to sleep by himself.…
