Started in October 2013... was running 5km within 6 weeks and now I am working my way to 10km.. I don't think I will be able to do any half marathons or marathons but I am happy with just running 5-10 km.

Haha..well before I lost the weight my mare would obviously brace herself as in square herself and then look back as if to say I am ready. I would always use a hill of some sort to ease her back.. I am on Month 2 Day 2 as well and I sucked at all the Plyo..I cant do the Power Pushups to save my life and the Squat Pushups either. Onward and upward we can only get better and stronger and faster!

I laughed out loud at your #3 and I agree wholeheartedly! I am starting week 3 tomorrow and will be doing my fit test..hoping I will at least do a little better =) I also have trouble with the sitting in the squats for any length of time All the best in your journey I know I am enjoying mine!

totally depends on you.... I find I can't run/workout when I have an empty stomach but also cant run/workout right after a meal. Do what your body is comfortable with :drinker: cheers to you for being able to get up that early in the morning!

I love being able to run I love the feeling of not being looked at because you are fat but I really love the fact I can sit on my hubbies lap and not feel afraid I am going to crush him :blushing:

I own a mare named Lady, I ride for fun and exercise, I love everything to do with horses :blushing: I am one of those people who talks about her horses all the time lol.... my daughter owns a 2.5 year old Arabian/fjord and we ride together for short periods right now until he is older.

I have a boxer and I ride horse with her running around with me in -10C and she does fine as long as she is moving. She does like cold weather and loves snow but also loves to sit on the furnace vents lol.

Start of Challenge 160 July 22/13 150.6 July 29/13 147.4 - 3.2 not exactly sure what happened this week. My family calls that "monkey butt" lol eventually you get a callous lol.. I had it too when I first had a new saddle and when I rode for long periods of time.. haven't had an issue with it lately and really haven't changed anything other than not going for really long rides.. the longest I ride right now is 1 1/2 hours
