Day 4 got up this morning and did 30 min of Jillian M DVD. Tomorrow will make day 5 I'm so excited I don't think I have worked out this much in 10 yrs. and yes I realize I don't even workout a fraction of what most of you do but for me this is huge!!! only walked for 20 min last night after 15 min the belt came loose on my treadmill and after 20+ min I still couldn't fix it. going to make it a better workout tonight and fix that darn thing.

Tonight is going to be a hard one. First day of school and my son picked cheesy tatter-tot hotdish. there is nothing healthy even when I sub in greek yogurt and swap things out. Hoping to offset it with steamed veggies. Love the tilapia recipe. I might have to try that this week!!!

I woke up this morning not feeling the best. Now I'm feeling horrible and hubby is gone, so it's me and the kiddos. I'm not one of those I'm sick and will lose a bunch of weight instead I snack and drink my calories normally not making the best choices.

I am hitting the farmers market this weekend to stock up. @ vages - I don't know if cool whip gives you issues, but I used to freeze cool whip between chocolate graham crackers and it was a really good frozen snack.
