Great day so far. needed a break and walked around the building a few times. I have also kept to my plan so far today and I have extra calories left. Thinking of getting a smoothie while I run a bunch of errands. Its really humid here too. I'm guessing we are going to get a storm tonight, it has that feeling out.

Made it last night but wow I tested my will power. Sitting and watching a cartoon with my kiddos while they had a snack before bed. I wouldn't let them eat anything that I couldn't say no to and I drank a ton of tea trying to keep my hands from grabbing a cracker or two. 1 day down

I find that prelogging my food then adjusting works best for me too. However today will be major adjusting!!! Forgot my salad at home and had to head down to the cafeteria for lunch. Big mistake, ended up with chicken alfredo!!! 640 cal and I only ate half of it. Now I need to rethink supper.
