There's also the videos on YouTube but with all of the up and down movements it might be difficult in front of a computer. It's DEFINITELY worth the DVD price though

I'm still on Level 1 day 7. I was in terrible pain after day 1 (a little bit more out of shape than I thought) but stuck with it and it's SO much easier now. I've found that going for a walk or walking on the treadmill afterwards for even a mile helps me with the muscle soreness. All in all, it's a great DVD so far and…
