I'm 4"11 and at my highest was 223. I'm currently down to 194 and so proud to be back in onederland!! My goal is to be in the 140s, I think. I can only remember being as low as 160, but 145 sounds like a good number :)

Wow...I read alot of the replies and the supporters and non-supporters are both right. I have taken phentermine in the past and the first time I used it, I loved it!! Weigh Day!!! Since I just joined I will add in from last week and this week. Last week= 6.3% This week= 2.5% which means I have lost 8.8% of the the weight I have planned to lose. I'm so excited!!! Now to eat breakfast :) Good luck to everyone and let's keep it up!!

I can totally relate...I've been heavy all my life except for high school when I was a somewhat lighter at 160. I'm barely 5ft and weigh 200lbs. Its crazy. In my opinion, I watch both calories and carbs. I notice my body does better without too many carbs for a couple of reasons. First I have IBS, and too many carbs leaves me feeling bloated and ill. I eat the regular , old fashioned oats. I usually will add cinnamon, raisins, and almonds or pecans to get some protein, but I'm so worried it will make it fattening. I also will add a little almond milk or soy milk for creaminess. I can't just eat it with water. I tried, but cant do it.
