  • I started losing weight by cutting my calorie intake to 1200 or Les, no matter how much exercise i do. Remember you have to burn 3500 more than you eat in calories to lose 1 lb. Hope this helps

  • I'm on here all the time! I have become obsessed with counting calories, and tracking my calories burned everyday....i even use a heart rate monitor that tells me how many calories i burn every day. I need friends like me because healthy competition is awesome!
