If you want to keep jumping and also put on muscle weight, then you are going to have to eat more. They call it bulking.

Still have a long way to go on my journey but here it goes: +++ I can jump and squat in Zumba class. +++ It doesn't hurt my knees/legs to get up and down from sitting anymore. +++ I have more energy in general. +++ My clothes are fitting better.

A good substitute is House Foods Tofu Shirataki Angel hair. It is a little thinner than Ramen but looks like Ramen. It doesn't have any of the saturated fat, etc. I would suggest using this noodle and then the seasoning packet from the actual Ramen noodle packet.

I can tell a difference. Keep going! Your entire ab area looks slimmer and your thighs and shoulders look more defined. And it's only been 15 days-wow!
