I knew the OHP stall was coming and it did last night 5/5/5/5/4 ... not much of a stall, but at only 90lb/40Kg ti feels like a bit of a fail. Still going strong on all the others.

I have a bad habbit of crashing motorbikes, broke my right collar bone 2009, dislocated my right shoulder 2011. I basically had my shoulders on minimal stress for the past 4 years, so I've got alot of catching up to do :D

I've found no need in the first 4 weeks for a belt, but I'm considering getting one for the latter end of week 5 and onwards.

I've just finished week 4, start week 5 tommorow. Squats - 100 Bench - 70 Row - 90 OHP - 70 Deadlift -145 All done 5x5 so far, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one finding the OHP hard work as I feel this will be the first one I stall on.

i have done the same as you, started in January 2013 and I've so far lost 28lb. I've got about another 10lb to go, but I've started stronglifts so expect the weight to come off slower, but my body composition to change over the next 2 months or so. I log my food and exercise everyday (good or bad), my diary is open to…

I love my protein shake and have it every morning for breakfast on the go. 300ml of milk + 45g scoop into the shaker and I can then mix it and drink it on my way to work. Helps me feel fuller through the morning.

I didn't know there were 1500 calories in 7 pints of Guiness until I logged it this morning, no regrets tho…

ok proper answer ... I'm two thirds of the way there. I have a ready meal at work for lunch, but all other meals are cooked from scratch. Lots of veg and salad with chicken/fish, but we use lots of spices to pep things up a little.

this link expalins the ratio and how Omega-6 blocks Omega-3 uptake. Should go someway to explaining my 6 x 1000mg intake per day. http://chriskresser.com/how-much-omega-3-is-enough-that-depends-on-omega-6 HTH

I take 6 per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. You must remember to take it as it takes about 2-3 weeks to get fully into your system. The benefits are not just in your joints, but its a whole body thing as it can improve brain function, your mood & libido. I love it
