We did this last year when they first introduced it and quit after week 2... we got bored of having to have the same food ALL the time. They give you a small booklet of recipes and thats all you've got for 6 weeks, we much prefer the Slimming World recipes and using MFP for portion control ;)

You should be in physiotherapy after a knee operation, please don't do anything without speaking to your Doctor or PT. I had 8 months physio before my knee operation and about 10 months after, it then took nearly 2 years before I was full able to start proper training. The 18m of physio I would only do what the PT told me…

-
Google gives me these results Metric cup = 250 millilitres United States customary cup = 236 millilitres United States "legal" cup = 240 millilitres Imperial cup = 284 millilitres So not quite as easy as you make out and maybe the correct course of action for the OP is to actually post on the forum of the site they're…

Ahh, but if you put the 2 bananas in a load of bread and then slice it into 7 and only eat 1 slice a day ... you've only eaten 2/7 of a banana and your sugar intake should still be intact

We're using slimming world & weight watchers for the recipe ideas, but using MFP to track what we're eating if that makes sense.

I agree with all the above, but additionally are the rest of you getting annoyed with the emails. When they started they seemed useful and motivational, but recently they seem to have changed into a spammy advert for the inner circle.
