Thank you! I had heard of switching up the calorie intake but I've been so strict with a 1200 calorie diet I'm scared to increase it. In the past I've been able to lose weight quickly but I also gain it back quickly.

I do a variety of exercise. Somedays I go to the gym and do the circuit training they have there. At home I either walk for 30min-hour and I also have a mini trampoline/DVD I use and a yoga DVD as well.
