Change one thing at a time. Live with it for a few days, then add something to it. If you want to lose the 30 lbs, you have to do something. I sabotaged myself last week and I didn't like how I felt. If a red velvet cupcake from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is a fast food, then two hours ago. I don't know how we can avoid fast food. The thing for me is to not let it be so many calories that I don't have room (calorie or appetite wise) for good food. That is a struggle since my daily calorie total is 1200.

Good for you. I like the one thing at a time. It is too easy to be overwhelmed by all the little things. I have to find ways to consume enough food to lose weight, but it has to be something I can swallow easily, due to an illness I have. Great going to be down all those pounds.

I don't think you can check every label. List the foods or combinations you regularly eat and check a few at a time. Focus on you and what you want to do.
