Even better than that is if you make your own yogurt, make it very mild and then strain all the whey off, makes it nice and thick just like cream cheese!

Because I use a HRM when I workout, I actually burn more than any site, even MFP states, and I think that's the best way to go to figure out what you can do to burn however many calories you wish to burn...

Your best bet is to invest in a HRM (heart rate monitor) and use that as your calorie burn rather than the machines...I found out, after getting mine, my calories burnt on just the treadmill were more than double what the machine said....and doing strength training, I know I sweat a whole lot and I keep the HRM going…

I try not to eat my exercise calories simply because I've set my calorie intake at one point.....1350, I started at 1200 and now I usually don't go over a max of 1500 especially if I do a lot of exercising. Try to keep within 100 calories of your set amount and see what that does....it worked for me!

Usually it's been said that 120/70 is almost perfect....mine is naturally low, ranging between 106/60-115/60....but I was taught the rule of thumb would be best to reach 120/70....hope this helps you...

If I feel I haven't had enough calories by the end of the day, I'll just have an apple with pb and nutella to finish me off.....in fact, I've begun to do that every day no matter what and I make room for it if I happen to go heavy in one area or not exercise enough...
