If you have thrush get some acidophilus as it will help to get rid of it...frozen yogurt is okay, but it's best if you go the yogurt way to get plain yogurt and if you need "sweet" add berries without sugar to it. Antibiotics can cause thrush as it is an "overgrowth" of yeast. It's best to cut down on, or out completely…

When you're building muscle you MAY gain, because muscle weighs more than fat. I agree with Wiggleroom in that strength training every other day is best. Keep up the cardio every time you workout tho. I had to up my strength training because I didn't realize I wasn't doing enough and of the weight I lost, 8 pounds of it…

You can change that in your goals.....either customize it according to your bmr readings and it will change....I just did that myself.

#1. You don't think that the 30v isn't damaging you hair and scalp? HELLO!! It's all bleach and it is ALL damaging. You must have, at one time, applied the bleach on top of the previously bleached area, where it's breaking because of the weakness the bleaching is causing to your hair. #2. I would get a haircut to remove…

If you're wanting to delete from the daily list that you have eaten, there is a little red circle on the right side of the nutritional info that has a minus sign in it. Click that and it is deleted. If you're talking about from the lists that you choose your food from, go into the database, enter the name of the food and…

I think you should just pick one and stick with that...don't be going back and forth or you won't be accurate when you post your weight on the site.

Definitely eat something, especially if the 700 is what's needed to reach 1200...........if you're hungry and you haven't posted your exercise calories, go ahead and eat.....ditto on the high protein....you don't have to eat ALL the exercise calories, just enough to make the minimum mark, at least.

If you are doing a lot of high protein......increase your water by twice.....that's one way to prevent the constipation......for every other kind of drink, drink at least one to two glasses of water.................

It is definitely something to include in your diary because I looked and for me, at my weight, I would burn 372 calories per hour......and I probably should be practicing on my electronic set because I'm just a baby in the drums, but many years on the piano......when I get around to play music, I'll add that to my regimen…

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin so what you don't use, you pee out!!

Jumping Jacks in the water is the best way to start something like this...that's what I did, as I've had a knee replacement and issues with my hips...the water makes you more buoyant and little to no strain on the joints. The girls shouldn't be a problem as they will float in the water too!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com -…

Sounds like a lot of the fad diets out there...I'm vegetarian so I would have to have beans, soy, fish (yes I do eat fish but that's it), and that would give me enough protein for the day, but I'm not too keen on the diets that make you avoid certain foods, unless you want to avoid them. Cutting out white sugar is a good…

It's recommended that women eat NO LESS THAN 1200 calories...I keep mine between 1200-1300 every day no matter how much I exercise. I used to eat less than 1000 cal and it put me into a starvation mode so my body started to NOT burn anything and I gained weight. I did that when I was in my 20's first, and you would think…

That's wonderful!! I had a similar experience at the Dr. office yesterday. I hadn't seen him since August (orthopedic) and he looked in the record on the computer showing my weight loss and said ,"WOW, you really did it this time!" It does feel great! Especially when I reached my second "step-goal"...I call it that because…
