  • Hey Ash! :) I've been doing 30DS...Jillian bugs the snot out of me...but the workouts are great! She packs a lot in for just 20 mins. I have noticed one of my knees usually hurts after I do the shred though...and it does for a couple days after. So that is something to consider.
  • Yoga!!! You really can lose weight with yoga. And it helps mentally as well as physically.
  • I personally don't count fruit sugars...I have a major sweet tooth and fruit is my only way to satisfy that. I would say, unless they are bad sugars, don't worry about it as long as you are doing good on your calories.
