Narudo roll is low-cal. It is wrapped with cucumber, I think.

Are you eating your calories that you burn back? If not, your body won't let go of the weight.

I am with you. I have met my goal weight and then some, but still have the baby belly pooch. I am giving myself time to really work it off. One month might not be enough for you. I am doing ab exercises and running. I do see some improvement and almost see the beginning of a "six pack", but I have a lot of work to do for…

Don't think of this as a diet. It is a life long commitment to eating healthy, eating the right amount and exercising. Indulging in chocolate is not bad. Build the chocolate into your caloric intake . . . .i.e. a chocolate kiss as desert. I always had 10 peanut M&M's after my workout and a glass of red wine. I lost the…

I just created a new exercise category called "treadmill" and I input my time and calories based upon what the treadmill says. I do a warm up, run and then at least 10 mins of cool down. I enter in the exercise notes portion what I did on the treadmill, i.e. the speed, incline etc. I normally don't eat all my calories…

I am sure the theme park will have healthy options. You just have to be strong and choose the healthy options. You will feel better and more energized if you shoose healthy.

I would suggest be very mindful of what you are eating. Don't fret over the calories, but try not to overdo it. You will find that if you don't over eat and eat healthy foods, you will have more energy to enjoy your vacation. If you have a data phone, definitely check the calories of what you intake to keep yourself…

The first 2 weeks are rough. Your body is getting used to eating less. Your stomach is shrinking. It will get better. Keep drinking your water. I always go over on protein. I don't think it is a bad thing though. Good luck and hang in there. You will enjoy the results!

I created my own exercise entitled "treadmill" and write down the calories that the treadmill says I burned. Might not be accurate to a tee but it has been working. Also, when I do babk -to-back esercises like you are doing, I log it in under "calisthentics" (sp). Someone put it in under the exercise. It give you calories…

Are you eating healthy? Are you drinking your water and eating back your workout calories? I try to drink a lot of water and eat back at least half my workout calories. Eat lean protein and lots of fruit and veggies. Keep your sodium to a minimum. Keep at it. You are right, weight loss won't happen all at once. Remember,…

Go to Panera's website. You can recreate your lunch using their nutrition calculator. I find it is very helpful. I love Panera. I just can't eat most of their sandwiches now that I know how many calories are in them.

Just remeber, you did not put the weight on overnight. That is awesome progress, though. Keep it up.

Probably too few calories. Don't weigh yourself everyday . . . . you may get discouraged. Get your cardio and strength training in and remember to eat back your exercise calories. Also you have to succumb to the fact that this will not happen overnight. You did not gain all your weight overnight, so give yourself a break.

Keep at it and you will notice the change. One morning you will wake up and put clothes on that just hang on your body. For me, my body size shrunk but the shape i.e. the baby belly is still there. I have to do more strength training to get a bikini body. Everyone has to do some work to get the body shape they want. Keep…

Search the recipes on cookinglight.com. I have used a yummy recipe for meatloaf that was not using turkey. I always use ground sirloin if I make a hamburger dish. Cookinglight.com also has a yummy turkey lasagna recipe.

Eat some almonds.

I agree with changing what you eat. All the carbs take too many calories away from my totals. So I tend to eat more protein and veggies. It works. Although I was never a huge pasta fan, but pizza was a nice guilty pleasure . . . . no more, though.

Put on some warmer clothes and feel happy about your body.

A hectic schedule makes it tough. Trust me, I work full time and am a full time Mom and wife. So you need to figure out how you can squeeze in exercise. It is getting warmer, so park farther away from your classrooms and take a 10 min. walk to get there (if it is safe). There are website that will give you mileage, so if…

i usually have one of the meal replacement bars - the chocolate one - I find yummy. The breakfast I usually ate before Slimfast bar was a 90 calorie granola bar. I switched to Slimfast because I was looking to get more protein and vitamins.

Awesome!!!! I am glad to hear of your success. Keep it up. Feeling healthy means you will be happy.

Look at the calorie count. That usually brings me to the reality of the doughnut or other sweets are not worth the caloric intake.

My problem lies in the fact that once I start eating cookies, I can't stop.

The weekends are tough. Figure out where your weaknesses lie on the weekends, i.e. alcohol, eating out. Then address them individually. If it takes time to ween yourself from the weaknesses, so be it. As everyone always says "learning weight loss, exercise and healthy eating habits sometimes is a marathon, not a sprint."…

Try some almonds for good protein filler.

Congratulations!

I suspect you will faint a lot! Plus you most likely will slow your metabolism and the goal would be to boost your metabolism for greater caloric burn.

Drinks lots of water and have an appropriate caloric size snack. My first week, I was starving and light headed, but I think my bocy wanted chocolate. ; ) Hang in there. Also, drink some hot green tea. No calories but a good metabolism booster and anti-oxidants.
