I just quit and already feel better so keep it up!! I replaced my diet coke with water with lemon. I bought a huge bag of lemons and put them in my fridge at work and when I normally would have my afternoon diet coke, I have lemon water instead. Great job!

I'm 5'0 tall. Current weight 112#. Goal weight: 105#. But for me I am more concerned about body fat %. In the past my heightest weight has been 130#.

I think you should do whatever works for you as long as you aren't fasting for too long of a time.
