I'm vegetarian, trying to transition into veganism, but finding it difficult tbh. I have no problem directly cutting out milk and eggs, but they are added to SO many food products I usually eat :/ I'd love to be friends with other vegetarians and vegans for inspiration :)

very true. it was much easier for me to just not eat at all, otherwise I'd have been tempted to keep on eating :laugh: I'll read up more on it, and try it again the right way.

ahh I tried this on Tuesday. I only drank tea, water, and I had a cup of hot chocolate - a total of 354 calories. I got through the day ok, but yesterday I had an awful headache and felt nauseous and hungry all day, even right after I'd eaten. I'm still not feeling 100% today - I don't think I could do this twice a week…

I'm 5'3" and my goal was 105 at first, but I got there and wasn't happy yet. got to 98 and was happier, but I gained a few pounds since then, so I'm working on losing it again. new goal is 97.

I'm 5'3" and started at 120lbs, wanting to get to 100lbs. got to 100 and found it hard to stay there, so now I'm aiming for around 97-98, and then if I go over a little, I'll still be at my 100lb goal

I weigh every day just to see how I'm doing, and then I log once a week no matter what the number is. my progress chart is a mess :laugh:

I'm pretty sure I'm a pear (28-24-34), and as I've mentioned before, I started losing weight to take some inches off my stomach and thighs, but ending up losing most of it from my arms :laugh:

yes, I really hate working out, so I just keep to 1200 calories a day, and so far I've lost 21lbs in 7 months :) but like everyone says, you don't need to go to the gym to work out!

right now it's 19.8, but my weight goes up and down a lot, so it'll probably be 20+ when I weigh myself later :laugh: I don't really have a goal bmi... my goal weight is 100, so my bmi would be just under 18.5
