Before I started doing my diet, I checked with my doctor. I'm a diabetic and I check with him for everything. My goal is to stay at between 1200 to 1300 calories a day. He is happy with that as long as I stay at or above 1100 calories on average. Anything below 1000 - 1100 for too long will throw your body into starvation…

:flowerforyou: I snack on things are "free" foods like celery (no peanut butter or cream cheese), carrots, cuccumbers, etc. Or if I've allowed for some extra calories, I will eat a Slim Fast 200 calorie bar or 1-2 100 calorie snack packs.
