Fage is by far the superior brand of Greek Yogurt. However, Iceland yogurt called skyr has even more protein. 14G protein in a 6 oz serving. Brand names are Siggi's or Smari - the vanilla ones are my favorite.

A pound of muscle weighs the exact same as a pound fat. They both weigh a pound. Now - the volume of a pound of muscle versus a pound of fat is different.

iCloud is generally for IOS phones only (Apple). If your pictures, etc were all stored on your phone, then you are out of luck unfortunately. Do you have any backups of your phone?
