I like both actually. But I currently am on a Oikos kick, with the key lime, and vanilla toasted coconut. Although, I know they have more calories due to the sugar, but it's better then any dessert temptation.

I try to do 5 small meals at approx 300 calories each, it keeps me from being hungary, and helps keep my metabolism going.

My chest is the first that left. I could only wish I could get bigger.

I too am struggling to tone my hips and thighs.

I did some of the insantiy workout Monday and Tuesday, and I must say when i woke up on Wednesdays my hips, and thighs were so sore. Wednesday due to work scheduling, I wasnt able to do it, but I hope to do some more today. Good Luck, if you need a support system, send me a friend request.

Hello All, I too have been stuck for a few weeks, i was on vacation for 6 days beginning of month, i had gained 6 pounds. I knew I would gain some, I had lost 4 of the pounds, but I am stuck. Prior to vacation I was stuck too, i had lowered my calories, then I increased them for a few days, i was going to the gym everyday…

I am new to this site as well. I work nights, and I too find that I want to munch just because I am awake, so I make sure I pack fruit with me, and that is helping some. I too am looking for any support out there, and am willing to add support to you as well. Good Luck
