My highest weight was 310. I've been on several diets to get the weight off. Currently I weigh 165. Signed up with MFP Feb 2012. Would really like to weigh 155 but have found it too hard to maintain that. So, 165 is not so bad. (The Dec 2009 date is in error.)

My exercise goal is to spin 2-3 times a week, and walk 2-3 times a week. My weight goal is to maintain!
