5 days a week for the past 6 weeks, only because I got a personal trainer. Before then it was pretty insonsistent, like MAYBE 2-3 times a week.

I should also add that it was never a problem before but pregnancy and breastfeeding did a number on me :-/

I don't ever and I'm a DDD. Might consider one without an underwire but I don't own any.

I've been doing leg presses, squats, and lunges and I'm really enjoying the way my things are starting to look. I also spend a lot of time on the elliptical!

I guess I'm going to have to at least TRY it because what I'm doing now isn't working. On my off days I wake up at 630 in the morning, most times without an alarm clock and go work out without a problem. So I guess it would still essentially be the same if I went before work since I'm a night shifter?

Try chobani flavored ones. It its too sweet for you just get the plain kind and add your own fruit. I like to add in some Kashi go lean crunch with mine!

I am getting married in 7 months and have already purchased my dress. I decided it would be safer to purchase a dress in my current size and just have it altered than to add the extra stress of ordering a dress and hoping I fit into it months later.

I am not there yet but plan to continue to use MFP with my next pregnancy. You need about 300 extra calories per day during pregnancy. So my guess would be to switch to maintenance plus the 300 However, I am no expert. Could you maybe ask your OB what he/she would suggest?

I was in a very similar situation recently, except I was the one in the relationship and somehow developed feelings for a long time friend if mine. Turns out we both shared the same feelings for each other but weren't able to cope until we had openly talked about our feelings.

TOM was this week for me and at the highest I was up 5-6 pounds. Now I'm at 4 pounds. Weigh in day isn't for another 3 days so hopefully It will go back down. I was still drinking plenty of water, working out and eating right so It was a little upsetting at first!
