I love a salad with chicken breast and crumbled feta. I'm normally a ranch kind of girl but it just isn't worth the calories so I tried wishbone zesty Italian dressing, 80 cals for 2 tablespoons and it tastes incredible!

Are you using a protein mix with the meal replacement powder? I just started herbalife and didn't realize that at first. The formula 1 meal replacer powder is only 90 calories but only has 9gm of protein, but a scoop of protein mix has about 24-30g of protein which is another 170 calories for me. Thanks so much guys, this is why I LOVE this place! I had been bouncing around between 202 and 205 for probably 2 months or so. So the last two weeks I really buckled down, tracking everything like I should have been doing, getting all my water in, and started a new strength training routine. My body is happy with this :-)

I started at 257 so when I get to my goal it will be just a few pounds shy of 100 pounds. I've had success witt MFP in the past and am returning since the birth of my last baby.

I'm a nurse that switched to days maybe a year ago and I still struggle with getting up so early. It literally takes me half my shift to finally get with it, but after I drank that latte today I was like a new, happy person! Nearly all of my co-workers drink coffee or Starbucks and I've been the odd ball.

Mine are 3 and 8 months old, so I either do it right after i put them down for the night or i try to sneak in quick workouts while they are distracted during the day. Comcast on demand has a huge variety of workouts and i try to fit in a quick 10-15 minute workout because they usually won't let me go longer than that.
