If I use the MFP settings it tells me I should be eating around 1300 calories which I feel is too low for me. I used an online tool and it says my BMR is 1700 and TDEE is 2300, about how many calories should I be eating? I usually do Zumba and strength training at least 3 times a week. I'm also a nurse and chase after my two small children, so mostly active in my opinion. I've been losing pretty consistently around 1500 but have lost around 10 pounds and wasn't sure if I needed to adjust my calories or not. Thanks!

MFP follows the NEAT method and is designed for its users to eat back their exercise calories.
TDEE includes exercises calories.0 -
Stick with the 1500 if it's already working for you. You don't have to follow the MFP suggested numbers.0
