A bowl (1cup) of All Bran with Strawberries and 1/2 cup of 2% milk and 2 cups of coffee with ff creamer. Oh, and a pack of 90 calorie rice cakes and big glass of water for my morning snack. And I made my goal at weigh in today!!!! I am finally under 200 lbs. WOO HOO :happy:

I don't count anything but water, and I try to limit my crystal light or other flavored waters. I had a b/s chicken breast marinated in raspberry chipotle sauce, mock mashed potatoes (using cauliflower instead of potatoes), and steamed green beans. Thinking about a snack of fat free chocolate pudding with f/f cool whip for about 100 calories. Yummy!
