150 days til summer ??? Thats not long. I better get really busy.. Let me tell ya in the begining starting with MFP I did no eat enough food during the day, I got alot of GREAT advice on here. She's right, it probably is Ketosis. You have probably cut out alot of carbs. And that will do it to you. It should go away in a week or so when your body starts to get use to the change. Maybe a little longer I am not totally for sure about that. But good Luck !!!!

I think it is under Calisthenics. I have been doing the 30 day shred 1 . I am on day 5. I read somwhere on here that the other people that were doing the 30 day shred was putting it under Calisthenics. So that's what I have been doing. Good Luck !!!
