Eh, I've learned to try everything on and not worry about the number on the tag. (Easier said than done, I know.) As you shop at a store regularly you will learn their sizes and know where to start. Stores that cater to a younger/jr. market tend to be the places with the vanity sizes where as stares that cater to the adult…

Hi all, I am 43 with 4 kids, ages 5-12. I work full time out of the house. I do my best to bike or walk to and from work to get some exercise done. I go to the gym at night for a little me time. I teach spin weekly and schedule a short workout (yoga/stretch) at work during my lunch break. I have found that meal planning is…

Same starting weight and same goal weight! Feel free to add me. I can use all the motivation.

I don't usually drink much, maybe 1-2/month. However events tend to pile up sometimes, so my rule is to enjoy one drink per week.

Extra motivation needed!

I've lowered my standards on the housework. Some days it sucks but I am learning to let it go. I feel much better if I use those 30 minutes for a workout. I've also given my kids some responsibility around the house. They can put their own laundry away and fold the towels.

Google "Eat, Fast, Live Longer" for good information. I did this for about 6 months. Don't do your two fasting days in a row. I did stop because I found myself very crabby and short with people on the two fasting days. Not fair to my kids. Planning fasting days to match busy days was helpful.

I am a mom of 4 (10, 8, 6 & 4). I also work full time so planning workouts is a must. I am lucky that I can bike to and from work daily. I do all of my gym workouts at night. Tuck the k in and run off to the gym. My husband and I split up the weekends so we can each get something done and we invested in T25 so we can do a…

Wow, mom of 6! I'm a mom of 4. I also struggle with the eating and am lucky to have an easier time with the workouts. I started following I Quit Sugar this year and have found it to be to best thing for me to help with the eating battle.

I'm in too! I need to drop 5-10lbs and lean back down.

You can add me! I also have 10 and 8 year olds along with a 6 and 4 year old. My goal weight is close to yours at 132. Need some motivation to keep going. Some days are harder than others.

A slice or 2 of sprouted grain toast with butter, avocado and tomato salad or half a small apple with a little peanut or almond butter.

I quit sugar is great. Focus on getting the sugar out and good stuff in. I feel so much better since following this program.

The gain in muscle paired with drop in clothing size explains the lack of movement on the scale but it is not a plateau. YOur body sounds like it is doing all the right things. Keep it up. I know it is hard to watch the scale number stay the same but the imprtant part here is that your body is changing in the right…

I am not a soda drinker but I recently gave up Starbucks. I was there almost every morning. I second the cold turkey suggestion. It took about 2 weeks to get over the withdrawl symptoms but now I feel so much better. My waisteline and my wallet are both in better shape. I keep a bottle of water with me. It gives me…

Water. I am rethinking when and why I eat. Am I eating at the theater because I am hungry and need a snack or am I eating because it's a habbit or time filler?

I have 4 kids (ages 8-2) and a full time job so I have found that I need to get creative. I sucked it up and workout at night. I go to a workout class at 8pm two nights a week. It took a few weeks to get used to but now I really enjoy it and look forward to the time. I also do my best to walk with the kids. We look for new…
