I am done eating and exercising for the day, so I just thought I'd let you know. I am under calories and have drank 10 cups of water today. I did: 50 squat kicks, 50 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 mountain climbers, 50 wood chops and 50 globe jumps (they're the devil)

it's the added sugars you should be worried about. I typically eat 2-3 servings of fruit a day, and it always puts me over. Just recently tried kashi 7 whole grain honey puffs. 1 cup = 120 cals, 6g sugar. Pretty sweet too, and super healthy since it has 7 whole grains! I also like cinnamon burst cheerios, although I wouldn't necessarily call it healthy.

I was thinking the SAME thing the whole time! His dad was a hypocrite, and making his son feel bad, when he is overweight and obviously passed down those bad habits to Tanner.
