bump! I have done the salsa chicken too....but I do chicken breasts, 1 cup of salsa and a can of cream of mushroom....yum. Chicken is so tender. Also pot roast is super easy. Put roast in crockpot, and sprinkle with lipton onion soup mix, fill half way with water, and surroud with cubed potatoes and carrots. 8 hours on low.

I was good on calories and drank 10 glasses of water yesterday...just didn't do my exercises. Will do them tonight along with today's :) Hope everyone is doing well this week!

I wasn't home to weigh in the morning...I was still in Florida, and even when I weighed in when I got home I was still up a bit :( Today I was under calories and had 8 cups of water. Didn't do my exercises tonight but I plan on doing day 1 and 2 tomorrow. I am back from vacation and ready to get back on track!!

Don't get too down on yourself!! It happens! I was under cals today, and also did the pygmy exercises for yesterday and today, today. Did the rest of the crunches too (300) oy!!! All pygmy exercises are done for yesterday and today. Cals were under both days and I had 10 cups of water today...not sure about yesterday, but I know it was a lot! Didn't do any crunches today either but I will do more tomorrow and Saturday to get to the 500!!

I did 100 crunches tonight. I had 13 cups of water and was under cals. Planning on doing today's and tomorrow's chalenge exercises tomorrow.

Yep I had my 8 cups of water in for Monday. I sometimes forget to put it in my diary....but I went back to look, and to input it, and it was there, so I'm not sure why it didn't show up for you. Did all of day 1 and day 2 *pygmy* challenge exercises, including the 2 mile run/walk. Also have done 100 crunches so far for the week....will do the rest during the week. Under cals yesterday and will be under cals today!

No it's definitely not just you, because I feel the same way. I don't see everyone even checking in. If someone has a legitimate reason not to be tracking I can understand that...but when people just say "oh went over cals today"...it's not motivating to me, because like you said, we are already not getting the bonus…

I didn't lose any weight this week :( BUT I'm blaming it on the fact that I have started weight training again, and my muscles are sore, and I've heard that when your muscles are sore, they retain water. I've been pretty good with my eating, but next week I'm going to be better with what I'm putting in my mouth. Great job…

I've been under calories all week and have done at least 8 cups of water this whole week also....I have yesterday's and today's exercises to do tomorrow...along with tomorrow's exercises :) Will get them all done tomorrow for sure!!!

ok so I am doing the pygmy series this week....and I may add in some of the bushmen series later in the week... I did all of the exercises for day 1 and 2 today, and ran/walked the 1.5 miles. I did the 4 minute tabata work out before day 1's exercises and day 2's exercises. Doing good on water and cals...and also was under…

My weight this morning was 164.4, which is a 1.6lb loss from the 1st. WOO HOO!!
