Well, that kind of depends. You should be close to your daily calories. MFP creates a calorie deficit, so it will calculate how many calories you need before your body goes into starvation mode. I just found out that you can download the torrent for free. I use utorrent. Go to their website and download the program. Once you have it downloaded, search for "insanity" or p90x and you can download the whole thing! I'm downloading it as I type this.

Yea I made it on low/medium heat. Maybe it wasn't hot enough? I'm not sure...although I tried to make a homemade alfredo sauce a while back, and it was also sort of chunky. LOL...so I am thinking its just me! No worries, it still tasted good!

I saw her on The View yesterday, and she said she was working out 4-8 hours a day. I'm not sure about you, but I know I couldn't devote that much time to exercising. That's like a full time job, and I already have one of those LOL. Plus you lose lean body mass losing that much weight in so little time.

I love all of the Jillian Michaels DVDs, and my favorites from her are the kettlebell workout, yoga meltdown, 30 day shred, and cardio kickbox. I tried Bob Harper's DVDs but I didn't like them really at all. Happy exercising!!

One of the easiest ways I prepare chicken, is just to poke holes in it, and marinate it in italian dressing. I usually cut it up and throw it into a frying pan or just bake it in the oven.
