  • Try not to be too focused with the numbers on the scale. Instead use your energy to track your calories, find motivation and determination and know that with healthy eating habits you will be successful-- it's bound to happen. Best of luck to you, you can do it...we can do it!
  • I am the same way! When I am off-track, I will go all day long without eating-- like today, I didn't eat until dinner time and then mowed down just over 700 calories. I know better too, which is what sucks. I am going to add you right now, we can do this! :D
