  • My mother has been smoke free for 13 weeks. Since quitting she's lost 16 pounds. I'm so proud of her! I know it can't be easy quitting smoking (cold turkey) and losing weight at the same time. Congratulations!
  • I went on 4 walks today. Yep! 4! Totaling 3.67miles in 1 hour and 12 minutes. I've noticed that I look forward to my walks and I can walk further and faster :bigsmile:
  • You're not alone! I'm also 27, never married with no kids. I have a boyfriend of almost 6 years on and off and we've talked about getting married and having kids but we're not there yet. I guess I'm really in no hurry.
