I got an olive oil sprayer from Bed Bath and Beyond and pour some olive oil in there. Then I top it with fresh ground pepper and salt. Sometimes some garlic powder or chili powder. I also pop my in a paper bag in the microwave. I buy organic popcorn, comes out a lot cheaper than the prepackaged stuff and better for you!

Woo hoo, good for you! LOL, actually this post made me laugh because I just went through the same thing, I just fell into the over weight catagory and thought, Yay!! I'm over weight! Then I thought if anybody could hear my thoughts they might not have thought it was something to get excited about....but WE understand!

Kathleen, I think when they told you the amount of calories you need to eat, they did not take into account that you would be adding as much excersize, MFP suggests you eat back your excersize calories. So, if you were sedentary and should eat about 1500 calories...but you're excersizing and burning another 500 calories…
