Done with day 17 (level 2 day 7). Yea!

Completed day 16 (level 2 day 6) of the Shred today.

Completed day 15 (level 2 day 5) ... halfway through! Whoo hoo! I can definitely feel a difference in my belly when I'm lying down, and I can tell the bulge of my love handles is getting smaller.

Done with day 14 (level 2 day 4). I don't like planks and V raises. Noticing more definition in my legs though ... this time in upper leg near my knee.

Finished day 13 (Level 2 Day 3). Weighed myself this morning. 2 days ago I was down 6 lbs from the day I started the Shred, but today I'm only down 5.2 total. I'm hoping it's because I'm gaining muscle, however, the last 2 days I've eaten all my allotted calories (including the ones earned from exercising) to within 5…

Completed day 12 (Level 2 Day 2) this morning. Feel like I should be atleast halfway through by now, but I'm getting close and am proud of myself for sticking with it this far. Hubby has even gotten up early and done the Shred with me for the past 3 days.

That's AWESOME!!! Good for you!

Just finished Day 11 ... Day of 1 of level 2. UGH!!!!! I was feeling good about how well I was doing on level 1, and then came level 2. All those planks are killers, and I had to take a breather for a few seconds quite often. On a good note, my knee that I hurt the first time I started doing the Shred is still going strong.

Finished day 10. I think I'm ready to start level 2 tomorrow.

Day 8 completed yesterday. Day 9 completed today (7/2). Tomorrow (Sunday) is my day off exercising, so I'll be back again on Monday to check in!

I'm always a sweaty mess by the end of it! LOL Done with Day 7. Yay, me! I'm debating whether or not to move on to level 2 after completing 10 days at level 1 or waiting to move on to level 2 til I can do level 1 without having to stop for a few seconds of rest here and there during it. Any thoughts?

I am NOT a morning person and I used to exercise in the afternoon, but I've recently started exercising first thing in the morning. Believe it or not, I'm actually surprising myself that I like doing it better in the morning because then I get it out of the way and the fact that I still need to get my exercise in for the…

Day 6 done. Whoo hoo! :)

I have a friend who has lost about 30lbs so far. She started out her weight loss doing the 30 Day Shred and when she found out I was starting it, she said if she was doing it again, she would have given herself a break once a week instead of doing it every day. Based on her suggestion, I am taking one day off a week, and…

Completed day 4 this morning (Monday). I took yesterday off and plan to do so one day a week. Today I feel stronger and much less sore than I have so far. Still have to stop and rest a couple of times while doing the Shred, but I can tell I'm improving. Those anterior raises with side lunges are killing me though!

I started doing the Shred on 6/23 so today (6/25) was day 3 of it. I started doing the Shred a few months ago, but hurt my knee and quit. I really want to stick with it this time!

I started on the 23rd also, so today (6/25) was my 3rd day of doing the Shred. I tried doing it a few months ago, but my hurt my knee and then stopped. I really want to complete it this time!

I enter it at 20 min of general circuit training, too. I figure it's pretty accurate because it takes out the warm up and cool down times.

New to posting on the messageboards, but I've been on MFP off and on since the beginning of the year. I started doing the Shred Thursday, so today was day 3, and I did it this morning. I think my body is starting to ache less!
