Do you do exercises or strength training specifically for your upper body? If so, what? I am biking about 10 miles 5-6 x's/wk, but I'm thinking that although my legs and lungs are getting a workout, my upper body isn't so much. Any thoughts?

Candida Diet Experience?
I am at the beginning of starting this diet because of a health issue, not to lose weight as I have already reached my goal. Does anyone here have any experience with the candida diet? I am daunted by how strict it is and am having a hard time reaching my daily calories.

Halfway there
As of this morning, I am down 25.8 lbs, halfway to my goal of losing 50 lbs. I'd lost about 23 lbs last summer, then fell off the wagon in fall and winter, and gained about 8 back.
