What advice do you have for someone moving from weight loss into maintenance? I've done the weight loss thing before, so I know how to do it, but not maintenance ... unfortunately. Although my mindset has changed that I haven't viewed myself as being on a diet but making a lifestyle change, I'm nervous about this next step to maintenance which I am now so close to.

I think the general advice is to slowly increase cals by about 100 a week so its not a big difference, and keep up the healthier lifestyle. I suppose it takes a bit of tweaking for everyone to settle comfortably into maintenance but hey it couldnt be any harder than everything youve done so far. Congrats, I hope to be there myself in a few months

    Hi! It's me again!

I recently did this (as you know :P ) and a few people were asking me what I did to not gain fat, so I wrote out my tactics in a blog. If you are interested, here is the link:

Take care, and if you have questions, ask away! :)
