Healthy BMI & % Body Fat Reached!

Checked my BMI on a couple websites this morning. I've reached 24.7. According to a couple websites I checked, 18.5-24.9 is the normal/healthy range. Also, my % body fat on my scale the last few days has been at the very top of the normal range. Yes, I still have fat to lose and I know there are other tests more accurate than punching your height and weight into a computer, but according to these things, I AM NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It must be great to see those numbers coming down, and to no longer have that "overweight label" - well done :flowerforyou:

That is so great I look so forward to that day. I have a ways to go, I just reached not being obesed. But I believe taking it slow and incorporating calories, nutrients, water and exercise will help me achieve my goal. One day I'll be able to post a I've done it just like you. Relish in the moment and enjoy it I'm sure it has been a long journey for you.
