I was having the same problem. I have found that for me, it really matters what kind of food I am eating at the 1200 calorie level. If I eat carbs, they have to be complex (brown rice, steel cut oats) and I do not eat carbs with my evening meal. If I am going to eat them, it is for breakfast and maybe lunch. I avoid all…
